Grapevine Surveys does not offer an exit intent pop-up, however, our headless embedded surveys can be used anywhere, including within your pop-up provider of choice.
We have a demo of an embedded survey that is triggered when the visitor is about to exit. Move your mouse up toward the top of the browser, as if you're heading for the back button or the address bar, and the survey will pop up. On mobile, it triggers when you scroll back up quickly or go to switch tabs.
Every answer lands in your Grapevine Survey report alongside the URL it was submitted on. So you're not just seeing what shoppers said, you're seeing which page they were on when they engaged with your survey. Perfect if you want to add it to your product or collection templates to provide more context about their response.
