If you've decided that Grapevine isn't for you, then there are a few different ways in which Shopify apps can be removed from your store.

Click on Apps from the left hand side of your Shopify admin navigation:

This will display a pop-up with a list of your installed apps. Select the last option, App and sales channel settings:

You will then be presented with the following screen where you can select the app that you'd like to remove.

Select the button with the three dots (...) located at the top right of the screen and then select the Uninstall option:

The next screen will allow you to select a reason for uninstalling the app.

Click the Uninstall button to cancel your subscription and remove the app from your store.

From within the Grapevine Surveys app, click on the three dots (...) located at the top right of the screen:

Select the Manage app option that appears:

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that page, then click the Uninstall app button.

Again, you can choose to provide a reason as to why you are uninstalling the app from your store.
