To install Grapevine Surveys on your Shopify store:

Visit the <a href="https://apps.shopify.com/grapevine" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Grapevine Surveys listing on the Shopify App Store</a>.

You'll be redirected to your Shopify admin to review the app permissions. Click Install to confirm.

Once installed, Grapevine Surveys will appear in your Shopify admin under Apps.
