Klaviyo is a powerful reporting, segmentation and marketing automation tool.

With our Klaviyo integration, Grapevine Surveys will send details of new survey responses which can be used to create workflows and automations.

This article will walk you through the simple set-up process.

To set up this integration, you will need a Klaviyo account. If you don't already have one, then you can create an account here and then return when you are ready.

The first step will be to generate a Klaviyo API key.

Please see our article How to find your API key in Klaviyo for details on how to do this and then return here to continue with the next steps.

Click on the Integrations tab within the Grapevine Surveys app's main navigation and then click on the More details button within the Klaviyo integration card:

On the next page, click on the Enable & Configure Klaviyo Integration button:

You will then be presented with the Configure Integration page where you can paste in the Klaviyo Private API key that you created earlier:

Once you have pasted in your API key, hit the Save Settings button and that's it, you're done:

The Klaviyo integration card will now have a button to Edit Integration Settings should you need to do so at a later date. A tag now denotes that the integration has been Enabled:

Grapevine Surveys will now send details of new survey responses into the profiles of your Klaviyo audience.

These can be seen within the Activity feed section of the profile:

Survey responses can now be used as the Trigger for a Klaviyo Flow.
