If you uninstall Grapevine Surveys from your Shopify store, your survey data (including all responses, stats, and survey configurations) is retained for 30 days.
After that 30-day period, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If it's been less than 30 days since you uninstalled
You can regain access to your data by reinstalling Grapevine Surveys from the Shopify App Store. Once reinstalled, your surveys, responses, and stats will be available again, and you'll be able to download your data as usual.
If it's been more than 30 days since you uninstalled
Unfortunately, your survey data will have been permanently removed from our systems and we're unable to retrieve it. This applies to all survey responses, stats, and survey configurations.
Planning to uninstall?
If you're thinking about removing the app but want to keep your data, we'd recommend downloading your survey responses as a CSV before uninstalling. You can do this from the Report or Responses view within each survey.
