The Grapevine Surveys app stores all survey responses within the apps database.
Grapevine Surveys will request access to your Shopify customer and order data upon installation.
The customer and order data that we request is entirely for the purposes of displaying how well your Grapevine Surveys are performing. It will also allow you to segment your customers and download Survey data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Other than your survey questions, answer options and the responses provided to those survey questions, the app does not store anything other than the data that is required to report on revenue associated with the survey responses and the customers name and email in the survey responses listing. All other data is ignored.
