If you're looking to remove any bias related to the position that the answer options appear in, we have provided a setting to randomize the order of the answer options.
The setting 'Display the options in random order' is only available on single and multiple-choice type questions:
Please note:
This setting will randomize top level answer options AND their sub-options.
The setting is on a per question basis, so if you have multiple questions in your survey this will only be applied to questions that have the checkbox enabled.
Below you can see the randomization in action as an Order Status Page is reloaded several times.
