If you have enabled your post-purchase pages to be app block compatible, Custom CSS styling is not supported for the survey widget on the thank you and order status pages.

Whilst it used to be possible to customise the Grapevine Surveys widget on legacy post-purchase pages, with the move to app block compatibility on Shopify's post-purchase pages, the visual presentation of the survey widget/block is now standard for everyone.

The default styling of the survey widget on these post purchase pages does still account for a high response rate due to how well it sits with the rest of the post-purchase page.

We believe that this is down to the widget blending in well with the natural style of the Shopify post purchase page and appearing to be an integral part of the page.

This in turn encourages customers that by answering the questions, the merchant is better placed to understand their needs and preferences.
