Can I archive an old survey?

Surveys can be deactivated for later reference.

Yes. This can be done by unchecking all of the publishing options within the survey editor under the Manage Visibility section. This will deactivate the survey.

You can create new surveys to replace old survey questions instead of having to re-word your existing survey. So if you like to change your survey question from time to time, this feature provides you with the ability to deactivate a live survey and replace it with another one.

All reports and responses are stored against individual surveys to provide clarity of information, so deactivated surveys will retain their responses and stats.

If you'd like to ask a different question, simply create a new survey. You can create multiple surveys and activate and deactivate them throughout the year.

You can also duplicate a survey, which copies the survey and it's questions without copying over the responses and stats.
