Why can't I add another question to my survey?

Older surveys are only structured as single question surveys

Due to the differing underlying structure of our multi-question surveys, any survey created prior to Wednesday 10th January 2023 will only be editable as a single question survey.

Converting a single question survey into a multi-question survey?

If you're happy with your existing survey question but wish to add further questions, we recommend that you create a new survey from scratch. This will open the latest version of our survey editor which will support multiple questions.

Once your new multi-question survey has been created, we recommend that you publish your survey in place of the existing survey. All of the responses from the de-activated survey will be retained for you to refer to at a later date and your new survey will start from zero impressions and responses.

If you'd prefer us to create a multi-question survey based on your current single question survey, then please get in touch, letting us know which survey you'd like us to reproduce. We won't publish the survey, but will let you know when it is ready for you to publish.

Please note:

We are unable to migrate survey responses and impression data from a single-question survey into a multi-question survey.
