You can create and display surveys for specific Point of Sale (POS) locations. For example, you may wish to ask customers completely different questions if your locations are in different parts of the country, or if you only stock certain products at each POS location.
Overview
This is very easy to set up and there is no limit on the number of POS locations that can publish a unique survey. Assigning a survey for a specific POS location can either be done when creating a brand new survey or when editing an existing survey.
Steps
1. Click on the Manage Visibility dropdown:
2. All of your available Shopify POS locations will be listed within the dropdown.

Select the location where you wish for this survey to be displayed. Multiple POS locations can also be selected for a specific survey:
3. Save your survey settings:
4. Within the survey listing page and in the survey report view, you will now see the channel badge for each POS location that the survey has been enabled for:
Apply order and customer tags with the survey response and POS location
Within the Settings section of the survey, you may wish to enable the tagging feature that can tag Orders and Customers with the customer's survey response.
You can also apply a prefix to these tags. In this example we are using a tag prefix of "London Store:" to further identify that the customer answered a survey from a specific store:
The following example shows the applied order tag as it would appear in the order details within Shopify Admin:
Using the 'duplicate' survey feature
You may wish to deliver the same survey across all of your POS locations, but have a separate dashboard of statistics for each location.
In this case you may find the 'duplicate survey' feature a great time-saver.
This can be accessed via the Duplicate button within the Survey List view:
You can also select Duplicate Survey via the the More actions menu from within the survey report view:
You may need to edit the following survey fields so that they target a specific location:
Survey title - the duplicated survey title will contain the word 'copy' in the title
Tags prefix - update the prefix if applying order or customer tags
Location specific answers - Tailor your survey to the POS location
Remember to select the POS location you would like your new survey to be available for within the Manage Visibility section of the survey editor.
Don't forget to Save your duplicated survey!
