There have been occasions when merchants have reported slow loading surveys within POS. Whilst we're not sure why this happens, the issue has always been resolved by disabling and then re-enabling the Grapevine Surveys app within the Point of Sale Channel via Shopify Admin.
To do this, navigate to Shopify Admin > Point of Sale > Settings
Then select POS apps from the main window.
Click on the Complete Survey app card.
Click on the Remove link.
Then re-enable the app by clicking on the Add button.
