Within the Grapevine Surveys app, select the survey that you'd like to find the on-site URL for and click on the More actions dropdown menu

Select the Standalone survey link option:

The unique URL of your on-site survey page is then displayed:

Use the Copy icon to copy the survey URL link to your clipboard:

You will see a confirmation dialog appear:

That's it! You now have the URL copied to your clipboard ready for pasting elsewhere.

If you are using a marketing automation or email sending platform to send out the survey link, you may wish to include URL parameters so that the survey response can be attributed to a customer or order. Please see the following section of our main guide for more details:
