Each survey has a unique survey code that can be used to identify responses when they are sent to a system outside of Grapevine Surveys, e.g. Klaviyo or Shopify Flow.
Here's how to locate a unique survey code.
Visit the Grapevine Surveys app and from the surveys overview screen, click on your chosen survey.
Open the survey report view and then you will see the unique survey code within the details at the top left of the screen:
Now that you have the survey code, you can head back to your Shopify Flow or Klaviyo workflow and add in a condition to check for that particular survey code within your automation.
If you have created multiple surveys with Grapevine Surveys, this will ensure that your workflow will only handle responses for a specific survey.
Why would I create multiple surveys within Grapevine Surveys?
There are a number of reasons why you may have created and published multiple surveys in your store. Some of these could be dependent on whether the customer is new or returning, or you may have published a survey for each language your customers checkout in.
Our on-site survey pages can be used independently of an order being placed, therefore opening up opportunities to collect a broader spectrum of customer feedback about your business.
All of these are good reasons why you may have multiple surveys published at any one time for your store.
