Your on-site surveys (also known as standalone surveys) can be made available from your Shopify POS device by linking to them using Shopify POS tiles.
Overview
On-site surveys are perfect for when you would like to request customer feedback without the respondent needing to place an order first. You can also choose for the responses to be anonymous if you're looking to gain instant feedback on an aspect of your business.
For example, you may want to ask visitors to your store their opinions on a new product range, or ask if they were able to find everything within the new store layout, or their thoughts on what product line you develop next.
If you have already created an on-site (standalone) survey, this article will guide you through how to link the survey to a Shopify POS tile.
Please note:
If you would like your on-site surveys to be anonymous then you will need to make sure that the Enable name and email fields setting has been unchecked within the survey editor prior to following the rest of this article.
How to add your on-site survey to a Shopify POS tile
1. You may wish to have the unique URL of your on-site survey copied to your POS device's clipboard prior to following the additional steps below.

2. Within Shopify POS click the Add tile button:
3. Select the Link option for the new tile:
4. Enter your on-site survey URL into the URL field. Name your tile and then click Save!
4. Your new survey tile has been created.
5. Clicking on the tile will now open the survey instantly, ready to collect face-to-face feedback from your store's visitors:
