Please note:

You can enable this feature either whilst creating a new survey or when editing an existing survey.

The option to publish a survey as an on-site survey page can be found within the 'Manage Visibility' section on the right-hand side of the survey editor.

How to publish a survey as an on-site survey page

Within the Manage Visibility section of the survey editor, check the Standalone page option:

Any survey can be set as a Standalone page survey even if it has already been published as a post-purchase survey (OSP), a POS or an Embedded survey. The Standalone page channel is completely independent of other enabled channels for that survey.

You can enable as many on-site surveys as you need as each survey can be reached via its own unique URL.

On-site survey page settings

Each on-site survey has its own unique settings.

To review and edit the settings of your on-site survey page, edit the survey and select the Settings tab in the left-hand pane of the survey editor:

Select the Standalone page & Embedded dropdown to reveal the settings.

On-site / Standalone survey page settings are covered in-depth within our survey settings article.

Save to publish

Once you've selected to publish your survey as an on-site survey and have made any changes to the settings, Save your survey and that's it, your on-site survey page is now live!

Viewing the standalone survey page

When viewing the survey overview page, you will see that it has a green Standalone Page badge indicating that your survey has been published as an on-site survey page:

You will also see a Visit page link which will take you straight to your on-site survey which sits on its own unique URL within your store.

You can also locate the unique URL link for each on-site survey page via the More actions dropdown menu. Select the Standalone survey details option:

The unique URL of your on-site survey page is then displayed:

You will also see two icons to the right of the URL. The first icon will copy the URL link to your clipboard and the second icon will open the on-site survey in an external browser window.

Pre-populating the survey link with identifiable URL parameters

The on-site survey page also supports a number of variables such as customer_id and order_id that when incorporated into the URL, can be used to identify the respondent and ensure that they need only answer the survey question.
